Bhavani,

It depends on what you mean by new custom
components. If they don't have any special BeanInfo, and you don't want
to do any special things in the VE other than just use them, then just
put them into the project's classpath and they can be used. They would
be selected through the ChooseBean dialog from either the toolbar or the
palette, and then an instance can be dropped.

If you want more than that, it depends
on what you need.
