Rob,

The 1.0.0 we are building will have
SWT in it when finished. The current drivers have some beginning support
for it, but it is not yet ready for production work. 

By the way, this mailing list is for
discussions by VE developers who are developing the VE or developing extensions
to the VE. Other questions, like how-to and when, or is this a bug kind
of questions should be submitted on the newsgroup, server news.eclipse.org,
newsgroup eclipse.tools.ve
