RE: [ve-dev] Understanding this huge pile of code... ;-)

Rich sent new instructions yesterday describing how to get this working.
I've now used them to get a Linux and a Windows 2000 machine successfully
building and debugging VEP. :-)  Thanks Rich for your detailed help!
