[ve-dev] Release 0.5.0 Release Candidate 1 build available

I just released a Release Candidate
1 build for R0.5.0. It is available on the download page. It has all of
the fixes since the stable build used in the test pass.

(Note: There is one minor warning in
the build, but it was simply an unused imports. This won't affect usage.
It will be cleaned up by the next build).
