Dear Jens,
I'm using Poseidon (Community Edition), but ArgoUML is an Open Source Tool
you can extend. I was firstly interested to extend ArgoUML to include
metamodelling, but the time was short for that...
Try to speak with Linus Tolke from ArgoUML to get more information. Hope
this helps.

Hello,
does somebody know a tool, that uses UML2 and GEF to display UML symbols
and allows UML modeling? I only know about eclipseUML, but I am looking
for a Open Source tool, because I like to extend this tool. Is there an
alternative?
