[uml2-dev] UML2 Support for Eclipse 3.0 and EMF 2.0

As of today's integration build (200401301000), the UML2
project targets Eclipse 3.0 (M6) and EMF 2.0 (20040127_1738SL). A couple
of other notable enhancements have been made available as part of this
build:

- profiles are now supported as document roots
- relative cross-document references are supported via a new "pathmap"
URI protocol
- platform plug-in URIs (i.e. platform:/plugin/<plug-in identifier>/...)
can now reference fragment resources
- "shared" (variables pathmap:/UML2_LIBRARIES/ and pathmap:/UML2_PROFILES/)
resources can be contributed via fragments that target org.eclipse.uml2.resources

I will be writing an article at some point to discuss these capabilities
in more detail. For now, you can take a look at the sample resources in
org.eclipse.uml2.resources and org.eclipse.uml2.examples.resources.
