[ui-best-practices-working-group] Emojis in text vs icons

Hi all,

Currently, Eclipse IDE has lots of good icons, but also misses some interesting ones. Now, many fonts do provide emojis or are at least expected to. The emojis are a huge gallery of images, whereas creating icons for Eclipse IDE can be hard.
Then I wonder if in this new era of icons, this working group should emit a recommendation to use Emojis whenever possible instead of icons. Also, it would be pretty interesting to have a SWT util to easily get an Image or an ImageDescriptor for a given emoji.
