I'd consider WWS as a 'power user' feature, and most such features are discovered from docs and — more importantly — from blogs and tweets.

There are a many iOS and Android features that are unknown to most of their users.  Only discovered from people blogging about it.

If it's unclear, it has to be documented directly in the UI where they're referenced.
