That case never came up in our discussion.

  Let me give you more specific example (see below). There I have "Dependencies" and "Dependency Management" lists. They both share the same "Dependency Details" panel, but if dependency selected in "Dependencies" list is also present in the "Dependency Management", "version" field is not required anymore (because it is specified in dependency management).
