yes, I just opened Bug 572092 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=572092) with two minimal examples.

 

In the process of building the minimal example I got the same impression like you did, attributes of Bundle-NativeCode Header seem to be not resolvable at all (I wrote the details in the bug-report).

This is definitely a regression/bug. Can you please open a ticket to bugzilla with a complete minimal example?

My first impression is that in the resolver (which we modified) now misses some capabilities to properly resolve those cases. More to come on bugzilla ;)
