it seems to fail only on my machine...
Working fine on our CI.
Both using JDK 11 and Maven 3.6.3 and on Linux.

So well, not blocking for my use case but that is relatively strange. (What am I doing wrong? :'-( )

i tried to remove the "package" phase from tycho-source-plugin and tycho-p2-plugin, unfortunately there is still the same error.

I do not see any other phases which can be related in my project :(
