Andreas, maybe these can influence Tycho download behavior: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Equinox/p2/HiddenOptions

However, I did not try that, just remembered some option names…

When looking for more speed, I can give additional pointers:

· Try tycho 1.6 snapshot, which is way faster in resolving dependencies of each module with big target platforms (in the non download phase, however)

· Karsten Thoms has a prototype of parallel traversal of composite update sites, if I remember right from EclipseCon.
