Re: [tycho-user] Plan for releasing tycho 1.1.0?

We have just resolved all the bugs/features planned for the scope of 1.1.0

What's pending right now is the release review/IP log review
https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15450

We had to open 2 more CQs

org.objenesis:objenesis:jar:2.6:compile
https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15478

org.codehaus.plexus:plexus-io:jar:2.7.1:compile
https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=15477

We can stage the release [1] (I plan to do this sometime next week) but we can't officially release before the IP log review is done.

Regards
Jan

    Hello,

Is there any plan for releasing tycho version 1.1.0?

I would need a released version for using that version in a maven release build of our software. And I need the 1.1.0 version because it contains a bug-fix for creating binary artifacts correctly that I did some time ago.

Or is there another way telling the maven release plugin not to check if any POM dependencies are pointing to SNAPSHOT versions that I‘m not aware of?

    Thanks and best regards,
    Franz Polzer
