Hello,
 
I am using the tycho 1.0.0 version which seems to have a bug with the symbolic links encapsulation. Previously I was using the 0.21.0 version which got the symbolic link bundled within the jar. But with  the 1.0.0 version
 all symbolic links are missing.
 
Is this a bug or any clue to avoid this problem ?
