Interesting. I thought these might cause trouble, as Tycho treats the
SNAPSHOT and qualifier suffixes differently. Do you really need the
".SNAPSHOT" in the Export/Import-Package headers or is "2.0.3" sufficient?

Anyway, I doubt that "impl" is hard-coded in Tycho. But then again, I am
just another Tycho user.
