tycho-support is the parent pom we use for all takari eclipse projects,
it is not related to the smartbuidler in any way.

I don't believe there are smartbuilder-specific issue in Tycho, but,
rather, there problems with parallel build in general. Fixing these
general problems should make Tycho work with smartbuilder without any
additional effort.
