[tycho-user] Support for site/@associateSitesURL in eclipse-repository packaging

Hi all,

I have a very similar use case to Greg Amerson in Bug 346926 [1]: I want
my p2 repository to reference update sites which contain features that
*may* be required during installation (in my case EGit 3.2 or newer,
which is not part of Juno). The "associate sites" concepts seems to fit
the bill perfectly; unlike composite update sites, the user won't be
exposed to lots of seemingly unrelated features part of the root
(composite) repository.

But as far as I can tell, simply adding site/@associateSitesURL doesn't
work for the eclipse-repository packaging. Is this correct or am I
simply doing something wrong?

Best wishes,

Andreas
