[tycho-user] Does anyone know the update site for Kepler SR1?

I would like to use a fixed update site in my tycho build instead of a site
that is changing. I know the Kepler update site is
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler. Does anyone know how to
specifically go after the unchanging Kepler SR1 in the tycho builds?
