Re: [tycho-user] [External] Materialize product

Hi Jan,

This doesn’t answer your original question, but have you tried using the SUBST command [1] to create a virtual drive that maps to the root of your source tree in order to shorten your overall path length?

Regards,

Steve

Subject: [External] [tycho-user] Materialize product

Hi,

Is there a way to configure where the product is materialized with tycho-p2-director-plugin:materialize-products.

We are facing problem with long path names, and when this adds “product\com.company.component.product.product\os\ws\arch\” which is too long for us.

With previous “eclipse-application” it was only “os_ws_arch\eclipse” which is shorter obviously.

Thanks,

Jan

Kind regards / S pozdravem
