[tycho-user] enforcing/reporting rules on bundle dependencies

Is there any mechanism that lets us define a rule set for which bundles can depend on which other bundles and then report any violations of those rules? Like macker but at the bundle level instead of the package level. If not in Tycho does anyone know of an Eclipse plugin that does it?
