tycho-core and tycho-extras changes are supposed to be deployed within
~hour from commit. We use hudson [1], though, so intended and actual
behaviour may or may not always match ;-). If you see jobs stuck, ping
us on tych-dev and one of tycho developers will try to get them going
again. (I don't think there were any missed changes, but I kicked new
build just in case)
