[tycho-user] 0.16.0 build error

Hello everyone

We upgraded or build environment to tycho 0.16.0, but this resulted in a couple of build errors such as:

 

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-dependency-plugin:2.1:copy-dependencies (copy-bundle classpath-libs) on project com.ptc.appmanager.thirdparty.rest: Error copying artifact from C:\buildenv\appframework\thirdparty\rest\resteasy-libs\activation.jar to C:\buildenv\appframework\thirdparty\rest\resteasy-libs\com.ptc.appmanager.thirdparty.rest-resteasy-libs\activation.jar.jar: File C:\buildenv\appframework\thirdparty\rest\resteasy-libs\activation.jar does not exist -> [Help 1]

 

however the build seems to work if we restart maven from this project (with the “-rf” parameter), or if we downgrade back to tycho 0.15.0

 

Is this a known issue with tycho 0.16.0 or a configuration issue on our end? Should I post a bug?
