[tycho-user] Multiple launchers build

I use tycho 0.13 to build an eclipse product where I have specified
the 'org.eclipse.ui.workbench' application.

For some reason two launchers are created. One is simply called
'launcher.exe' while the other is named 'My Launcher.exe' which is the
name I have specified in launcher settings for the product. Any ideas
what might cause multiple launchers to be build?
