    This is probably because the target editor doesn’t allow you to
    select bundles – it only offers features to be selected. Still, if
    you know the .target file syntax, you can add bundles by their ID
    through <unit> elements.____

    the repository Plugin works fine and  the repository can be used
    with tycho. But if I want to define a targetplatform in eclipse (Add
    Content -> software site), I get the message “There are no items
    available”.____

    Here are a couple of OSGi experiments that Sonatype tried and wanted
    to make the results available. ____

    The first is a a way to make bundles created in a POM-first way
    available in a p2 form[1]. The second is a way to turn standard JARs
    into OSGi bundles. Alin Dreghiciu worked on these for us so if you
    have any questions he will answer them :-)____
