https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=342851 has only been fixed for 0.13.0-SNAPSHOT, so the fact that it does not work with 0.12.0 is not a new bugreport. I have one feature, it calls for one plugin. the plugin does not end up in the repository. There is a 'features' directory but no 'plugins' directory. The TYCHO491PublishFeaturesAndCategories integration test does manage to publish plugins, and I think I've modelled what I've done on that very closely. -X is not illuminating.
