Maybe a Tycho developer can answer to your question.
But I think as the feature of the targeted version is got it doesn't matter from 
which repository it will be retrieved (as far as both features are identical in 
repos since they have the same version).

I see, but I'd like to specify from which repository Tycho gets a 
required feature, even if it's available in two repositories on the same 
version. Is it possible?
