[tycho-user] what is maven-osgi-compiler-plugin?

hi,

when i building the tycho,i see the console log display something like

maven-osgi-compiler-plugin:0.11.1:compile (default-compile) @ org.eclipse.tycho.noopsecurity ---

but i cant find the project maven-osgi-compiler-plugin,i can only find the tycho-compiler-plugin

what's the difference?why maven use the maven-osgi-compiler-plugin?
