[tycho-user] Bundle X is not found

Hey,

I am using tycho 0.10.0 I want to upgrade to 0.12.0, i made the simple change in my pom and get the following error. What needs to be done to upgrade correctly?!

 Failure to find org.sonatype.tycho:tycho-maven-plugin:jar:0.12.0 in http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 2]

any help would be appreciated.
