Re: [tycho-user] Bundles with internal jars

and that is exactly what I do because I do not want to have JARs in source control. I also strip the versions so that I do not have to touch the build.properties as soon as I change the version of a dependency.

This might be done with plain maven: use the dependency maven plugin (with the copy goal) to copy the jars from the repository to the libs folder (bind it to the generate-resources phase)
