You need to allow tycho target platform resolver use conflicting
dependencies

...
  <build>
    <plugins>
      <plugin>
        <groupId>org.sonatype.tycho</groupId>
        <artifactId>target-platform-configuration</artifactId>
        <configuration>
          ...
          <allowConflictingDependencies>true</allowConflictingDependencies>
        </configuration>

  </build>
...


Beware that reactor build can only have one version of any feature or
bundle. This means, it is not possible to build
com.overstock.maven.apt.configurator.feature 2.0.1 and create update
site with 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 versions of the feature in the same reactor build.
