[tycho-dev] Tycho 1.2 release

Tycho committers,

we have two interesting enhancements done in version 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT:

* Java 10 support
* JUnit 5 support

so I would like to schedule a release soon(ish), i.e. in 2-3 weeks.

Please update the target milestone of anything you think you can finish in this timeframe in

As of now we only have 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=387701
left open.

Let me know if there are any concerns with the proposed schedule.
