[tycho-dev] Tycho 0.25.0 release date

Tycho committers,

it's been about 5 months since the 0.24.0 release and we have some fixes targeted for 0.25.0 [1]. People started asking about a release [2] so here's my proposal:

stage on Friday April 8 and release one week later unless serious regressions are found.

Objections?

Also, please adjust target milestones of any unresolved bugs you might be working on according to whether they will make it into 0.25.0 or not. You may also want to update release notes [3]
