Re: [tycho-dev] Plan for 0.23.0 release? 
I'd just do 0.23.0 release and do a 0.23.1 as soon as [1] is fixed.
I just couldn't bother renaming the version everywhere including all bugzilla target milestones.

Adding a big warning to the 0.23.0 release notes that Mac products can only be built against Mars would be fine I think
(at least that's my understanding of the bug).
