go ahead and change the wiki, it's open for all eclipse users.

BTW the section about 256x256 BMPs is outdated too since
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=433971 is fixed, you can remove this too

I would suggest, however, to highlight the last sentence a bit more. As this can be a real show stopper. It could also be mentioned in the release notes of tycho 0.21.0.

I did not want to change the wiki myself this is why I do contact you. If you are fine with the changes but do not have time, I could put in the changes (make the but note bold or something like this).
