I am not averse to switching our snapshot repo, but we don't really know
how stable Eclipse instance is and we still need to deploy releases to
oss.sonatype.org. Sonatype instance was reasonably stable over the years
but I agree recent ssl problems are getting annoying. I've opened
OSSRH-10466 [1] to see if they have a solution. If we can't stable
builds in next few days, then I think we should switch.
