[tycho-dev] Setting osgi.framework.extensions in config.ini

Hi,

When tycho generates config.ini as part of the "eclipse-application"
packaging it does not automatically detect there is an
OSGi-System-Bundle-Fragment which contributes a framework extension.

I found that one can use <frameworkExtensions> for tests but I have no
clue if the this can be used for the packaging as well. How would it
look like there?
