Does anyone find <usePdeSourceRoots> tycho-source-plugin parameter useful?

Does anyone find <tycho-source-plugin> tycho-compiler-plugin parameter
useful?

Although these two parameters are named the same and are supposed to
control the same behaviour, they are defined for two separate plugins
and have to be configured independently for the same project. So if
somebody actually uses usePdeSourceRoots=false, then we would need to
find a way to have this configured in one place, which is doable, but
rather messy.
