[tycho-dev] Creating JNLP launchers with Tycho

As part of the process of open sourcing the onboarding capabilities Sonatype has developed for Eclipse, the first piece to be made public is the JNLP tools we created for Tycho. They need to be updated but you can find the code here[1], and the related issue in Bugzilla is here[2].
