Re: [tycho-dev] build failures with latest snapshot

In practice that hasn't been a problem. In the very few places where
we had to revert to optional dependencies users usually have the
desired bundles already installed. Most users will also have the
release train repository enabled where p2 usually greedily resolves
optional bundles .

Additionally, we try to fail gracefully. The UI contributions that
trigger Mylyn discovery for instance are not shown if we detect that
p2 is not available.
