Discussion of training series
-Members like the promotion they get by aligning with the Eclipse Foundation for a training series, so we will go ahead with spring classes
-There's a sense that budgets have improved since 2009, so attendance may be better this time
-Timing that seems best for everyone is 4-6 weeks in April and May, so we will run April 19-May 28

-The group would like to have fewer classes to focus efforts and also so there is less frustration for attendees when classes must be cancelled
-For this series, each company can have up to 4 classes (down from 6)

-We'd like to offer no more than 4 course topics so marketing is focused and to simplify the registration system
-Everyone feel the topics we've been using are the most popular so we will again offer Developing with RCP, Advanced RCP, Equinox and Modeling

Next steps
-Lynn will send a call to Eclipse membership to see if any other member companies would like to participate
-Lynn will send interested members the training agreement and the list of info needed for each class to set up the registration system
-Trainers will review the course outlines from 2009 to see if any updates are needed
-We'll target early March to begin promotions - the sooner we have everyone's class info in the better
