I posted the Trace Compass 4.1.0/Photon.1 M3 build:

It is based on commit: b2f66bfcaccb8fb502b13def9bb22f2d6c8bc89b

Trace Compass 4.1.0/Photon.1 RC1 will be September 5, 2018

Reminder: RC1 will be API and feature freeze for this release.
