[tptp-platform-dev] Commit rights for Navid Mehregani have been expired

Kathy Chan has expired the commit rights for Navid Mehregani (nmehrega). 
The reason for this change is:

Navid had been inactive on the TPTP platform project for over a year. 
Proceeding to remove Navid's committer access to TPTP Platform project.
