[tptp-platform-dev] TPTP 4.6 I2 TP1 completes successfully for platform and trace project

PMC,
The Platform Project and Trace Project have completed the TPTP 4.6 I2 TP1 test pass with
success
. A few defects were opened and mostly targeted to TPTP 4.6. The overall success rate for the whole test pass for all projects is 96%.
