tptp.monitoring Committers,
Harm Sluiman has expired the commit rights for Yasuhisa Gotoh (ygotoh). 
The reason for this change is:

the monitoring sub-project has been moved to as-is and has no more commiter
support from employers. The components will remain in place for admin
purposes and future considerations.
