missing and link breaks in WSDM Tooling Help".

Some images are missing in the tooling help. One link is incorrect.

No

Balan Subramanian. Patch was provided by Nalini Vidapankal. No code changes
- changes are to image files and one html file.
6. Is there a test case attached to the bugzilla record?
No. But part of technical review test case.
7. What is the risk associated with this fix?
Low Risk. No code changes - changes are to image files and one html file.
8. Is this fix related to any standards that TPTP adheres to? If so, who
has validated that the fix continues to adhere to the standard?
No.
