just to be clear: a release review is a type of progress review. When a project completes either a progress or release review successfully, it has the liberty to make any minor and major releases for a year. This applies to both release and progress reviews.
Ideally, if you switch to a progress review, we (EMO) start scheduling yearly reviews almost automatically. We are progressively evolving into a progress-review-only model, where we have yearly programmed reviews for each EF project.
My suggestion at this point would be to schedule a progress review for 2024 once this release review has been completed, so we switch the Oomph project to this regime as well.
