[tools-pmc] Committer Election for Lars Vogel on Eclipse Graphical Editing Framework (GEF) has started

A committer election for Lars Vogel on project Eclipse Graphical Editing
Framework (GEF) (tools.gef) was started by Matthias Wienand with this
criteria:
Lars Vogel is a long time committer in the Eclipse platform project
with more than 3000 commits. He used to be project lead of
WindowBuilder which is also using GEF. Lars recently stepped down as
project lead of WB, but is still a committer.
He is also a committer in PDE and Equinox and contributed to other
projects like m2e, Buildship, EGit.
Lars is also project lead of the Eclipse platform project and member
of the Eclipsei PMC.
Commercial-wise he supports multiple RCP and IDE extenders multiple of
them also using GEF.
Lars offered to help with GEF Legacy related release work, like build
setup, release records etc and plans to help others to revive GEF
legacy with reviews of pull requests. A platform developer Lars
understands that keeping compatibility is important for GEF.
For these reasons and the long-term outlook for their involvement on the
team, it is my pleasure to nominate Lars Vogel as a committer on Eclipse
Graphical Editing Framework (GEF).
