This is ok by me, +1.

But it is not obvious why this is a minor release instead of merely a service release.
And, FWIW, the "new and noteworthy" link in your review document is incorrect. It points to
https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.pdt/releases/5.1
instead of
https://wiki.eclipse.org/PDT/NewIn51
