Approved now.
In the future please make it easier for us by including relevant info in the nomination - e.g. the CQ stating the contribution or gerrit/bz etc. And full name please :). I remember looking at this initial mail and as it was not obvious and required some additional investigation I put it aside until I get more pressing matters finished. And forgot about it.
