[tools-pmc] Eclipse Plug-ins for Grade project

Greetings Tools PMC.

Please draw your attention to the Eclipse Plug-ins for Grade project proposal:

Note that the current name is likely a placeholder; the project team is working on a proper project name.

I believe that this is an important bit of technology that needs to be included in Mars. I'm pushing hard to get them created quickly: ideally, in advance of the February 13 IP cut-off date. As a late arrival, the Planning Council will require that we (or more specifically, you council representative) make a case for them to join. I'll help.

This is just a heads-up for now. Please do keep an eye on the project (I'm tracking it via Bug 457073 [1]).
